If There Is No God
If there is no God,
Not everything is permitted to man.
He is still his brother's keeper
And he is not permitted to sadden his brother,
By saying that there is no God.

That strikes me as quite existential. It does seem that plenty of folks like to give God all the responsibility for the world and their actions, but that little stanza still does much to tell secular folks to keep in mind their responsibilities as well.
Pretty fierce.

I am looking too. But why do we look? Why does everyone look and then when do we truly find? It's all so confusing.

We do have to conisder the effects our actions have on others - our brothers- and thus, we are our brother's keeper. That's the glorious burden of humanity - no other known creature has the same level of compassion and depth of thought. We do owe each other respect for simple existance. And we can't just pass it off to a god.

Hello, friend. Peace to you in your search.
Maybe reverently challenge God a bit. Ask Him if He is looking for you? Or if Christ is? Why not? Maybe put the burden on Him.
I don't know, just a thought.

According to the Torah which the Christian bible was copied from it says in Genesis 1:1 In the Beginning "Elohim" created the heavens and the Earth. It does not say God it says "Elohim". So therefore there is no God!.
Elohim in hebrew means "The Mighty one/s" and "those that came from the sky" meaning that aliens came to Earth a long time ago and created all life on Earth and us as well, as it is written in the bible " Let US make man in OUR image, in OUR likeness" - Genesis 1:26 & 27.
Even in Daniel 7:9 it says that the Elohim has hair of white wool. So how can an invisible "God" be a spirit and have hair? .That does not make sense.
Anyways,See www.rael.org to download a book about a man who met a alien ( back in 1973) that told him about that these aliens known as the Elohim came to Earth along time ago.
